With more than 30 years of continuous progress since its establishment on May 8, 1990. We have two major production facilities in Hangzhou Xiaoshan and Anji, Huzhou, covering over 300,000 square meters and employing over 2,300 professionals. Our state-of-the-art infrastructure includes 70 German Barmag texturing machines, 16 sizing and beaming combined production lines, over 6,000 advanced water jet looms, one dyeing production line, and 7 setting finish production lines. This enables us to produce 800 million meters of fabric annually. Yoniner specializes in producing high-quality synthetic fabrics, including four-way stretch fabrics for professional apparel, blackout drapery fabrics for window decor, adhesive interlining fabrics, and medical elastic fabrics. These products are widely used in the fashion, home textiles, medical, and healthcare sectors.

Our flagship products, premium four-way stretch and blackout fabrics, have a dominant presence in the Chinese market. We are recognized as top three supplier by the China Textile Industry Association and also export our diverse product range worldwide.

1990 - 2000

Brand building and expansion

During this period, the company mainly focused on developing large-scale production and product quality. The company's reputation gradually expanded during this period, and it began to enter the markets of other provinces and cities in China. The company achieved a sales scale of 120 million yuan in 2000.

1990: The establishment of Xiaoshan Nanyang Network Silk Factory marked the beginning of Yoniner Group's growth and development.

1992: The joint establishment of Shaoxing Silk Factory and Xiaoshao Silk Factory is called "Shao-Xiao Silk Cooperative Factory".

1995: Xiaoshan Yongsheng Silk Co. Ltd. has been established and has developed medical elastic fabric, expanding its business scope.

1997-2000: Xiaoshan Yongsheng Silk Co. Ltd. has expanded its production scale by introducing 16 units of Zhejiang Titan rapier looms, while acquiring an additional 30 acres of land in Zhejiang Nanyang Economic Development Zone. With a focus on expanding its business scope, the company has continued to increase its workforce to 300 employees, as well as incorporating the usage of Bonas rapier looms.

2001 - 2010

Technological improvement and modernization construction

During this period, technological improvement and modernization construction were carried out. Advanced technology and management models were introduced, which enhanced the production efficiency and quality of products. The company's production capacity soared to 600 million yuan, with annual sales reaching 4.2 billion yuan in 2010.

2001: Xiaoshan Yongsheng Silk Co. Ltd. has changed its name to Hangzhou Yoniner Textile Co. Ltd.

2002: In order to accommodate the company's expanding business scope and facilitate its strategic development on a larger scale, Yoniner has acquired an additional 50 acres of land in the Nanyang Economic Development Zone of Zhejiang. This acquisition lays a solid foundation for the company's future growth and diversification.

2003: In order to expand market share, the company has introduced advanced water jet looms and developed new four-sided elastic and adhesive interlining. Its sales business has expanded to various regions across the country.

2003-2010: The company's production and sales of interlining and window screens have significantly increased, with the window screen market achieving a nationwide leading position. The annual output value has surpassed 400 million yuan. During this period, the company has commissioned a modern office building with advanced functionalities. Additionally, a total investment of 150 million yuan has been made to construct a new factory building measuring 13,000 square meters in Longhu Village. The company has also imported a complete set of sizing and weaving machines from South Korea and established a subsidiary specializing in water jet weaving.

2010 - Present

Market expansion and internationalization

During this period, the company intensified its efforts to expand into both domestic and international markets. Its products gradually began to reach overseas customers, meanwhile, the company continued to maintain strong growth momentum in the domestic market. The company's journey demonstrates its resilience, adaptability, and commitment to growth and success over the years

2010: The milestone Anji Yoniner Textile Engineering Project in Yoniner has ceremoniously commenced in the Tianzi Lake Modern Industrial Park. The overall plan for the project covers an area of 380 acres, with construction divided into three phases, totaling an investment of 1.2 billion RMB. Phase one covers an area of 132 acres, with a building area of 64,000 square meters, and a total investment of 280 million RMB. It focuses on the production of 150 million meters of synthetic home textiles and synthetic raw material stretching projects annually. Phase one was completed and put into operation at the end of August 2010, achieving an annual output value of 1 billion RMB. When the third phase is fully completed, it will achieve an output value of 3 billion RMB.

2011: Annual sales reached 1.02 billion RMB, and the number of employees in company exceeded 1600.

2017: Throughout the year, the company made significant advancements in its industrial chain support by replacing, upgrading, and installing over 1300 sets of equipment.

2018: A total of 915 sets of equipment have been acquired for blackout fabric, four-way stretch fabrics, and lining fabric, resulting in an overall production capacity increase of approximately 25%. The construction of smart factories has been fully initiated, and the company achieved record-breaking sales of 2.619 billion RMB for the year, surpassing historical performance.

2019: The six industrial clusters in the two bases of Xiaoshan and Anji achieved sales revenue of 2.728 billion yuan.

2020: The rapid spread of the COVID-19 pandemic has caused an unprecedented global health crisis. The world economy has suffered the most severe disruption since the First World War. On February 13, Chairman Li Yongshui went to Shenzhen to negotiate the production equipment for masks. On February 18, at the government's request, handmade production of emergency epidemic prevention masks began. On the evening of March 7, the first mask machine was brought in for debugging and production.
